Welcome to Nemo Apartment, the ideal place for relaxing by the sea. Are you looking for a truly exceptional, luxurious and newly furnished apartment by the sea? You just found it. We offer another apartment for our clients for summer rent. It is located in the resort of Drač/Durres, its part called Plazh. From the city center, this part is about 7 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot along the newly built path with a bicycle path by the beach. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is completely furnished with new, modern and stylish furniture of high quality. It has an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a living room connected to the kitchen, a separate bedroom, a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a wine cellar, a modern refrigerator, new dishes and equipment, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, security doors, a camera system in front of the entrance and much more. You can stay as a couple on a double bed in the bedroom, but there is also a large sofa bed that offers two to four additional beds (max. two adults and two children).

The distance from the sea is ideal, as it is the second line of buildings from the sea, so you are only about 40 to 50 meters away from relaxing on a sunbed. The location provides complete amenities for a great stay by the sea. Here you will find restaurants, shops, markets, markets, cafes, bars, hotels and services. In addition to all services, you can enjoy long walks along the promenade and enjoy the sunset in peace. The accommodation is about 30 minutes away by car from the airport in Tirana. We will arrange the transfer for any number of people at discounted prices.
